Multi-dimensional Concept

Detail Smart View Training

Smart View is an Excel add-in that allows users to connect to Oracle Essbase and other data sources to retrieve, analyze, and report on data. We provide the training how to create report templates, format data, and use functions to perform calculations and analysis.

Data form and Dashboard Creation

Forms are used to capture and display data, as well as to perform data entry and editing tasks. Forms can be customized to include specific fields, layouts, and formatting options.
Dashboards are used to provide a visual representation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other important data. Dashboards can be customized to display data from different sources.

User Security Setup

Security ensure that users are granted the appropriate access levels and permissions to perform their assigned tasks.
Here are some general steps we follow :

- Assign roles to each user account based on their job responsibilities. Roles define the permissions and access levels.
- Security groups allow you to control access to resources such as databases, virtual machines, and storage volumes. Create security groups and add users to the appropriate groups based on their job responsibilities.
- Network security is an important aspect of user security. Configure security rules and access controls to restrict network traffic and ensure that users can only access resources that they need to perform their jobs.
- Regularly monitor user activity to detect and respond to any security threats. Use tools such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Audit to track user activity and identify any unusual or suspicious behavior.
