She has held senior leadership positions, including as CFO for an emerging Agri-tech startup backed by a Sovereign Wealth Fund, focusing on corporate development and M&A across Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia). Rosemary has also served as an internal finance and compliance auditor at Rolls Royce Marine HQ. In addition to her corporate roles, she is committed to giving back through mentoring SME companies, volunteering with the Chinese Left-Hand Calligraphy Association, and coaching aspiring leaders in various fields such as oncology, marine biology, HR, and finance.
